Well i guess its an issue for PIL that we don't know. You cant tell from their website either.
My understanding was if you are simply a customer of one of the big banks they signed up you could simply link your bank account to myweps and start remitting, making payments, etc?
BTW -the website is a bit too basic considering they are in a country full of outsourcing companies with website developers...
Great potential with PIL but lets hope its executed right.
