Ok placement is done and dusted. Nightwatchman's info was correct. Sophi placement is at .65c for around $1.3mill. Rights issue to follow, for every two shares you own you can subscribe for 1 at 0.5c and it includes an attaching option for every two shares you buy at a 1.2c strike. Raising $1mill. $2.3mill in total.

End result will be 641mill shares on issue and 100mill or so options. At 1c share price that makes marketcap $6.4mill. Plenty of scope to increase IF they can turn some customers but this does create a huge overhang. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts on Monday.
