The more I learn about this stock the more I find how ignorant I am about it.
When I started following OBJ I thought that on the balance of probability when the evidence at hand was carefully weighted at some stage I would see some scientific leaps that may change the way people administer medicine. Maybe even if I was to believe the hype a Black Swan Event. Well here we are years later dwelling in the basement of science. Cosmetics and nutraceuticals. The science doesn't appear to be living up to all the hype. It appears that rather than have big pharma beating a path to our door our company is more like a travelling (with suitcases no less) mendicant.
The fact is in all honesty I really don't have much of a clue as to what is going on.
I have been here for a while now and I peruse the OBJ threads looking for tid bits of information knowing full well that getting information from entities with blatant biases is less than ideal.
There is an illusion of understanding.
There is no transparency from the company so really the only way to have any idea at all is to come to a place like this and try to sort out what is viable information from bumptious effluvia.
I am very aware of the many cognitive fallacies and biases prevalent on sites such as Hot Copper but it still doesn't make you immune to them and I can easily get swept up in euphoria just like the next man.
However since the Bodyguard trial I have certainly cast more scrutiny on my position and from my somewhat limited understanding of the scientific method am not surprised we have heard jack from that endeavour.
We have the launch in China but are we really sure its not another soft launch? What of Coty? Patents? Do they mean anything? Will patents bring products to fruition? The great Tesla had a few of those and died poor sponsored by a benefactor.
And now in spite of the fact that management have got a previous provision for performance rights they have the temerity to ask for more. Are they under the impression that these rights will expire worthless?
A while back there was an undertaking by management to be more forthcoming with information. Hello. Please can they provide some information at least to support their request for more performance rights because until I can be convinced otherwise as far as this investor is concerned there will be no ticks in the Proxy performance rights for boxes.
