    I think you need to re read the report. Stonepeak originally will provided the required equity for the first 2 trains which was about 660mil if i remember correctly. Now that its gone to 4 trains they are negotiating to have stonepeak provide the extra equity to cover the extra two trains which is about 850mil total for the 4 trains from memory and stonepeak seem happy to oblige
