Village im guessing math isn't your strong point. Even if INCA raise $2m at 1c thats only 200m shares. 1b extra shares is a 10m capital raising @ 1c IMHO you are scaremongering and discredit yourself with every post.
So far from you we've had a cancelled post with wrong informaton, very poor grammar and now unsubstantiated claims regarding a 1b share issue raising, ive made my own mind up here regarding the quality of your posts but im sure others will come to the same conclusion. Im saving my popcorn for what everyone thinks of your posts come tuesday.
