I used to work in coal and although it has higher emissions i find LNG, which admittedly burns cleaner but still almost as bad, to be far more damaging to the land with the extraction process.
The LNG industry is a disgrace popping holes all over the country. Atleast coal used to stay in the one spot for the life of the mine.
