It's not about hindsight, it's about risk management responsibility of a company for them and their investors and clearly given the history of land dispute on SI, they should have minimise this by signing up all rightful tribes/clans and/or taken the conservative process during the CoA by at least spending less on exploration.......but it's only my opposing view.
