i do think that this is a stock with which you have a guarantee, that it will be at least 3 to 5 times higher within the next few years....

I had completed some back-of-envelope calc's (based on more conservative commodities prices and about a 25 to 30% return) and came up with them generating about £20M to £30M cash from the Lady Loretta 25% stake and from Sappes Au. They already have £20M, and when they have to finance these things I do believe that dilution will be minimised...

Lady Loretta pre-feas is about to end... so I imagine that they would be mining (after BFS, and mine commissioning) somewhere in 2009.
As for Sappes, they will probably have to wait another year for the permitting through the new channels, and so if they completed mine commissioning during 2007/2008, then that will probably be in production somewhere in 2009 as well....

the projects or companies that MSX are involved in have some megabuster potential.... the platinum company is loaded to the max with resources, and the China Au company seems to be getting the same with their area.....

NOW is the perfect timing for the proposed merger between SRB and MSX, because none of the projects are in production yet (apart from CUO). So none of them are at their full value as yet.... and within a combined entity, they will be an absolute power house..... effectively they will not have to actually take any companies over.... they simply provide the finance to the various companies that they have a holding in - when they need it - and by doing this, end up having larger holdings in them....closer to the 50 to 75% mark perhaps.....

This one will rise substantially over the next few years...

The main issues are in regards to dilutionary effects and goodwill - which are the main parts of takeovers, and capital raisings required for the projects.... but that is why it's imperative for them to get their stakes in early... cos getting control of a company in pre-feasibility stage is (or should be) cheaper than getting one in full production....
