I agree with your sentiment. Institutions will be wanting to average down or load up knowing that production is around the corner and funding is no issue. Look at it on the positive side. Tolga resigned making way for a mining expert to ensure the operations are sound. We just need a SYR announcement to validate and qualm any investor concerns.
An offtake released on Monday will send shorters into a tail spin. If this is the case, it would be a Tolga masterclass.
