Any success will be to the benefit of those involved in any recapitilization and you can bet your bottom dollar SI,s investment won,t suffer.
As far as inprocess r and d. It,s worse than your analogy, lawyers work in progress will have recievables attached to it succes or not. In process r and d just has payables with the hope of success.
Some people here like the positivity but are reasonable about it. There are a couple (or at least one) that are just plain blinded to the point of madness!
