Maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm a bit slow at getting things. But one thought crossed my mind about all of this remuneration stuff and tying with share price recovery and metrics like EBITDAW Let's think. Why would management want to tie their remuneration package to share prices and profit metrics unless they are confident of hitting those targets?? And I would have thought that hitting those targets would be in every LT shareholder's interest.
