WPL will be able to pay Far a premium if it means they end up with 50%.
They will be able to justify it with an average price paid over all their purchased barrels.
Also,Don't forget Fan and the other prospects that are thrown in for free.
I believe 50% is their Goal,why muck around,go for it now.
Sure,they trying to get it cheaply now.that's why we have to stand our ground until and want to progress our PE rights in Court.But there will be a point in time where they will buckle to our asking price.
How far down the litigation path that is,is anyone's guess imo.
