....and to re-iterate my thoughts on the whole reward option scheme, I have no issue with rewards and incentives for the board and employees. The 5.2c after 3 years threw me, as I don't see that as an achievement after 3 years, however reading this report, I can't help but start to think that these strike prices are purely arbitrary numbers made up of percentages and numbers to create a perception of a derived calculation, as if any of this comes off, 5c will be long gone by 3 years, probably long gone by the time of AGM and the vote.
