1) what's the real differences between mente 2 and mente Autism?

Slide 21 of the preso outlines the key differences between the various versions of Mente. The biggest step change to Mente Autism is that the software (algorithms etc) now all contained within the headband rather than the app . Previously the headband needed to link directly to your smartphone or tablet (via wifi) to run a session. The headband effectively has a small computer contained within it and then can link directly to the cloud with session reports / data etc. This enables the child to move around more freely during the session and not have to be linked to a phone / tablet (previously the headphones were attached to the phone / tablet – now they come straight out of the headband).

Given that it is self contained, there is no need to update the app (answer to questions 2)

3) An Australian company incorporated in 2016, taken over a Malta-based company which primary market is in Italy? and now doing trial in USA. The related legislation the company needs to deal with will slowly become a burden or not? or they are just trying to find a backdoor to ASX funding?

It's still early days, I think the company is primarily focusing on the European market and regulations there. Based on future demand I think they will reassess regulatory concerns in other markets.

From what I understand the ASX was an attractive option to access capital especially considering there's no capital market in Malta.
