Some of the savviest investors in the world have made a killing buying when everyone else is selling. In light of the Deepwater Horizon film out now does anyone recall the flogging BP got in 2010? Most people thought this would bury BP. Well it didn't and 8 months later it was 60% higher. Similar thing happened to Volkswagen last year. Although these stocks have never recovered to high's prior to the bad news they did bounce and bounce well and I suspect when a bit of clarity and common sense comes back both VOC and TPM will finds some friends again.
