    100% agree with you logic here...except I have to have a chuckle about your efforts to avoid ethical arguments

    I would suggest the instant you invoke "personal liberty", you are slap bang in the middle of a debate about the ethics of a situation.

    And maybe that is what we need to recognise. Because there can be an ethical discussion around net neutrality, for better or for worse, there is no reason we as supporters of the entrepreneurs in Syntonic and sponsored data, need to avoid the topic or feel concerned some might try to apply unfortunate labels.

    You have hit the the nail on the head, except instead of trying to avoid the ethical angles, I believe we can and should be proud of what our company is rolling out . So bring on the tree-hugging net neutralists, we have bulldozer loads of ready-to-go sponsored data that is coming from the winning side of any ethics debate!
