Don't know the slightest thing about HDR, but here's a few charts.

On the 10 year chart, it looks like a 5-wave impulse underway since ~July 1995, with the 4th wave starting ~July 2001.

If I had to guess, I'd say HDR might be in the middle of the 4th wave of a 4th wave triangle at the moment, within the upper and lower yellow lines. If so, then it's probably got an upside to around ~$0.80 before it turns down again. Could take a while, though - 6 months or more to get there. Also, it could still go a bit lower yet - maybe even as low as $0.47 - before heading on up towards $0.80. (If it got much below $0.47, I'd be thinking about offloading HDR).

Hope that helps. But remember, the market can do whatever it wants to. Make sure to have clear exit levels and act on them if triggered.
