This is possibly algorithmic trading which I tried to have outlawed prior to my retirement in 2008. briefly it is you against a computer. A computer which can flash literally 000's of buys and sells in a fraction of a second. If you want to do more research on this insidious form of trading I suggest that you do a Google search. On a point of order shares are traded in parcels and not packets!
