Hi Mr H. my view on that is that I believe that COP and WPL sounded out CNE about PE ing, I've been dying to write that, and CNE said not for us thanks and were probably quite happy to have WPl on board if they were selling some down the track. I don't think WPL. COP ever thought in a gazzillion years that FAR might even get close to PE ing! Who could blame them? I think it was a complete miscalculation by COP for not sounding out FAR. They treated FAR as all big business does with small business, with contempt. You only have to look at WPL's cheif blabbing officer for confirmation of that. He obviously misread the mood in Senegal.
