Daytraders After Market Lounge 10th October, page-25

Someone brought up MZNO during the day and was wondering if anyone could quickly clarify a few things for me as I've never worked with options before. Going to use MZNO as an example.

If I bought the option at 0.8c and the strike price is (from what someone else mentioned) 2c. Will I be paying 2.8c per share when or if I want go ahead with them or will I be paying 0.8c now and 1.2c when I wish to buy the share?
