It seams incredible that companies with all the legal brains and consultant capability on tap can still screw it up so bad that they need an arbitrator to sort it out.
My money is on FAR, I believe them when they say they haven't been given the info to start the PE clock and until that has been handed over the WPL deal is dead in the water. IMO
