that is my point...we don't know what he was actually doing....we know he was with the taliban....which at the time they had not been banned as terrorists or illegal bloody what ever.
just give the man a fair trial like any Australian is entitled.
he hasn't been given the chance to defend himself or even offer an explanation.
if he is guilty then lock him up...what are we all afraid of? do not forget he is an Australian citizen
