    Many 3rd world countries are on 3G, 4G is only limited to swanky areas. If wangle can somehow tackle this....

    Also I know in South Africa people complain about the telcos shaping the bandwidth speeds deliberately and charging more for faster speeds.

    Wangle if used there could destroy these telco tactics.
