Hi WN, if you take the deal being done at the start of the year and use CNE's 2 C at the time it comes out at $3.74 bbl.
The only reason I can see why COP would care where the money came from is if the actual price is much higher.
Either that or complete bloody mindedness from being shown up by a pip squeak. DB
