sabre..... Galbally and Lunt do not obviously fit in the longer picture of this company and IKL are slowly pushing them out so a new board is put together when the strategic alliance occurs...
You may say that 55 cents is a premium for them now, but long term it will look very cheap and I believe that IKL are believing they are getting rid of them slowly and cheaply.
If IKL decides to buy a lot more shares on market it will push the share price to the 60 cent region in the short to medium term and I believe it will get there very soon...
