Firstly, I wish to retract all my earlier animosity I expressed in this forum towards Andrew Spinks in relation to the recent Capital Raising. I have to admit that if I had Australia’s largest bank seeking me out, knocking on my door as their investment arm, one of the most successful in Australian corporate history asking if I’d let them in….. I’d probably do exactly as he did, just with a bigger smile!
Andrew, I was wrong and should have known you were up to something. You always are!
KNL now has binding off-takes with ThyssenKrupp, Sojitz (Who supply LG Chem & Panasonic who in turn supply Tesla, GM, Farday to name a few), an EGT (SGL? Who supply BMW) and is expecting to announce that upon resolution of RAP a German Government Guarantee will be provided. Which will lead to bank funding from one of Germany’s and Africa’s largest lenders…. Combine that with the development of a bridge, connections to the main power grid and improved roads, none of which was taken into account in our exciting BFS and you have a serious company with momentum no other can claim!
Throw in Australia’s largest and most sophisticated bank, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia…. And you’d be a brave person indeed to suggest anything other than a doubling of KNL’s share price in the coming 2 weeks! Obviously more in the coming 4!
On a side note, Names Little, this is different to SYR’s backing. Firstly SYR’s holders require varying degrees of exposure to the various indices (ASX 50, 200, 300, mining etc). In short, they have to hold SYR due to its large market capitalisation. The CBA seeking KNL out is something completely different. Give it a month, maybe two and they’ll all have to hold KNL too!
Spid81 also pointed out we’re also expecting Merelani environmental approval in the coming few months. Which leads me to think that with our list of tenements, clientele and backers, KNL will be the battery provider for the EV market! Period!
Watch this space, I think the long overdue KNL move upwards is upon us!
