I think i also recall reading somewhere that the directors managing NT Mining are still appointed to run and grow business organically hence business to resume as per normal. As NT Mining would have been in negotiations with Kirkland AHK would probably had been advised to wait until transaction of companies completed before drafting agreement under the new parent group. (less noise in background during sensitive transaction/negotiation process between NT Mining and Kirkland).

As such i dont think we will expect to receive Ann until after NT Mining holders vote in October.

I am not particularly brushed up with how tolling (from a production view) works when blending ore with others.
This generally involves a significant amount of trust and partnership as well as involvement in project from my understanding. So it would be fair to say that NT mining were and still are heavily involved with AHK only to grow business further from here.
