FG used volume buying into market sensitive announcement to sell 10% of his shares at around 60 cents previously .

At the AGM he claimed he needed the money for personal financial reasons, and he gushed that Ron Lunt, the biggest holder, had not sold any.

Well at the AGM FG was well aware that he and Ron were negotiating on selling many millions of shares whilst we are all kept in the dark and ignorant as to what was going on.
He is not an individual I trust .
IKL knew what was happening, knew they were paying a premium, and even wanted more . That is why I hold .
