ROC expects to issue the Rights Issues shares, including those sold under the Bookbuild, on Friday, 8 December 2006, and, where applicable, to despatch holding statements on Monday, 11 December 2006. The new shares are expected to commence normal trading on ASX and AIM on Tuesday, 12 December 2006 and CREST accounts in the UK are expected to be credited on that date.
