My initial calculation would have been the VWAP of every day, so each day has different weights because there would be different volume traded each day.
IF it was infact averaged per trading day, then the VWAP would still be above 6.25 which is the minimum for the SPP to be priced at 5. Not sure where you got the 4 from.
