Sam, my thoughts. Now 2 consumer electronics product (not IOT products). Small companies can't typically compete against the big boys at scale needed (better to license or sell the IP/patent or take royalty)... I note the price used 7.5c is close to what the SI paid. It doesn't mean that price has to go back to that level, it's what used to divide us$1m by 7.5c floor to get the numbers of shares they are issuing to acquire each tranche (tranche 1 in this example). with current sp its hurting CEP as less shares issued to them. ANN though says $1m convertible, which implies cash being provided rather than just script
Subsequent tranches are interesting, valuation used is 2.5 Gross Sales ! so 25m divide by floor price again will be the number of shares issued. So if it happens continued dilution, a deal based on Sales NOT profit, and cash required to finance production and shipping and inventory and marketing and returns and recalls.....challenging IMO
