Just when you think you've seen it all with IOT...this has to be a joke. Instead of focusing on their product or even OTT for that matter, they've found a new dead end way to burn the cash they have in the bank. Sooo...

> No Roam-e production samples
> No mention of OTT since July
> Possible legal proceeding with SK over intellectual property
> Now acquisition of dated and controversial technology
(So much for their motto of): "We make tomorrow's technology affordable today"

With no revenue and such a big cash burn rate, perhaps Tod McGrouther was brought on board for another CR after all. Apologies for sounding like a "downramper", but I'm not even holding and I'm frustrated with this.
