Yes it is fake, he is stacking the offer side because he knows most retailers look at the depth to gauge market sentiment. However I am leaning towards an attempt on the low at 0.61, will provide enough liquidity for him to start covering especially if holders panic. He can't cover now because he doesn't have the liquidity (after subtracting his fake offers). I wouldn't want to be in his position.
