IOT will to pay $1m cash (from holders cash reserves) to the hoverboard crew as a convertible loan, then they (IOT) will provide hoverboard with $1m worth of IOT script.

$1m/7.5c = 13.3m IOT shares.

So long as they have the ability to raise the shares (share limit) they can do it quite easily and without approval from holders.

So how much limit do they have left?
