Opening price at this point in time is $1.14 ... this takeover looks like it is doomed before it even gets off the ground. By the reception it has received just on this forum acceptances at $1.10 will be few and far between. Now the market looks prepared to pay more ... not looking good for Denison, they will need to pay more ( I'd suggest $1.40-$1.50 might be needed )
