re: how much for directors shares or unless the convertible note allows them to buy $14mill worth of shares at 20 cents in 12 months. the point is no one knows and from face value the only reason you would buy at 55 today is if you got a massive discount tomorrow. those selling at 55 and getting out is a please explain?? if there are any greedier people on the earth please put your hand up. if they are selling at whatever price it is because they are getting a good deal in their eyes so focus on that for a minute. if they thought the shares in sen would hit $1 why sell at 55cents, they dont need to sell the shares they can always borrow against them like anyone else, so why sell?? answer because they dont see any upside from here!!!
