Hrm, i do understand what you mean. I am always careful not to recommend anything but do give opinion when asked. When it comes to investing I would never recommend an individual company to someone - to anyone.

However people have to take responsibility for their own actions. If someone tells you they are onto a good thing the ownis is still on the investor to do their own due diligence. Everyone has a different threshold for risk.

So opinion is okay - mindlessly investing how others tell you is not okay.

Also not okay is threatening to sue others with a different opinion to your own.

Hoots feels partially responsible for the way others investors - this is not the same as doing something wrong. This is something that hoots admits to & im not sure why you keep bringing it up unless you know one side of the transaction which i assume you dont.

More likely is that you're feeling some buyers remorse, due to inadequate due diligence.
