I have checked you post. Now you stated the comforter was the Holy Ghost and that was God but God was not the Father.
I showed you more than enough verses to show, God IS the Father. So that shows, God, Father and Holy Spirit is God as in singular.
I showed many verses also, You have God in you, as your temple of God.
Holy Spirit in you as temple of God
God's Spirit in you as temple of God
Christ in John 17:21 makes clear the Father is in Him and ask for exactly the same for us, 21, That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me and I in thee, that they also may be one in us....... = God with us and IN US as was the case with Jesus.
You know that Christ received the Spirit of God at his baptism and in Acts 2:33 Christ received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, (meaning he didn't once have), he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. Why how shed forth etc = The comforter (Holy Spirit) is now in the world.
It was in the world while Christ was here (Holy Spirit, God) because he was in Christ, Christ was leaving, taking with him and hence coming back which we know is the comforter, God. If Christ didn't go to the cross, we wouldn't have it (Him) or what we have today.
And this also is backed up and knocks out your true light matter because, John 9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. John 12:35-36 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whether he goeth. 36 While you have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light.
Notice THE CHILDREN - We are The God's Children NOT Christ's because we ARE Brothers to Christ.
So to sum it up - Because of Christ carrying out the Fathers will and instruction, He brought or made it possible and we now have God (Holy Spirit) as the comforter in the world and God's True light to lighten our path. Christ effectively carried the banner/true light of God, which he was taking away with him, hence he said, you have it (Holy Spirit and light) while he was here.
God is light and Christ became and is "a" light and he is the light thereof of God's light as I said in Rev.
So without blinkers and the above's help, read.
And if you read the rest of the area where you were talking about the spirit of truth not speaking of himself John 16:12 onward, you will see why or get correct interpretation. = Because the salvation etc is all about Christ, so that's the key that God needs us to now grasp.
Anyway, you need to help yourself. The more effort you put in, the more grounded it becomes your inner.
