I feel it is wrong to concentrate what TSN has in the bank. Borrowing for the acquisition will depend on the cash flows that TSI is able to bank, as it will provide the funds for loan repayments. The big question, is how much debt (if any) can be raised against TSI and still fund growth. I think that is the answer we are all waiting for.
