A lot of sellers pulled offers in the low 30's, supply practically dried up below 31..
Damn missed out on picking up another parcel at 27 literally 1 minute before it went up.. alas not the worst thing that can happen..
Cusp of announcment? Or just a sudden surge of anticipation and enthusiasm?
Either way, cleared out the hurdles in the 30's, ready to explode on a good announcement.... if one is to come....
