3 years at best before a resolution which gives some breathing space......Very high propability it will get settled out of court at final stage after MB gets its max billable time up and exerted maximum pressure on directors......watch how they incremental increase their billable hours "due to unforeseen complexity and document volumes" despite this being a clear cut case of momentous incompetence.........CEO and CFO not knowing their own books...........throughout process watch MC take their estimated earnings from circa $5m to closer to $10m (with court approval of course)....shareholders can probably expect a sub 5c on the $1 of losses
