Interesting post velimirmkd. There has to be a reason for Directors to accept the first offer, and your thoughts are quite valid. OMC is now "officially" on the market, and we can expect some interesting times ahead.

The other point to consider is the timing of pending drill results and resource upgrade. If this information is released in a strategic manner i.e. prior to the 30 day offer expiry, then a further price rise is on the cards.

Directors may yet prove to be masters of timing...
