MB are big game hunters. They're the firm that wins the really big CA settlements (only firm to settle for more than $100M, which they have in fact done 5 or 6 times. SG have NEVER come close to doing this, they don't operate on that level).
MB are the top-tier outfit. They have the experience, skills and proven track record. Their reputation speaks for itself. It's really as simple as that. I feel very comfortable knowing MB is on the warpath. SGH has something that belongs to me and MB is gonna get it back.
