It is proposed that the chairman of the General Meeting will open the General Meeting at
10am (ACST) on 14 October 2016 only for the purpose of formally adjourning the General
Meeting until 10am (ACST) on Friday, 21 October 2016. At the General Meeting, Resolution 1
- Change of Scale of Activities, which relates to Listing Rule 11.1.2, will not be put to
shareholders for a vote.
I read this to mean that a meeting will be held on the 14 Oct who's sole purpose is to formally adjourn to the 21 Oct - therefore there will be no vote on the 14 - but there will be a vote on the 21st - some people read it that there will never be a vote - any thoughts?
