I was responding to jm69 with his comment "Anyone that believes that they are irreplaceable are kidding themselves. "

It has nothing to do with reward.....if one wants to replace Jeff Edwards ......you might as well kiss OBJ goodbye . And I would say the same for C. Quirk . These people have a relationship that has been nurtured over many years and through a multitude of companies that they have worked for or at . The other two members of this group is Tony Wright and Heather Benson .
If you are familiar with their work in research ..... we should be thankful they are consulting and advising for OBJ . Wright/Benson is only possible because of Edwards and Quirk .

It's so easy to post a throw-away line .....not many members here today have full knowledge of how all this came about . In 4-5 years time we may look back onto this day and come to the conclusion ....these guys were cheap as chips for what they achieved .
I was not happy with the resolutions of the AGM , and I think the whole affair was handled sloppy and not with a lot of thought , but I am not prepared to trash the management team and call for replacements .
