It seems CFE aren't orphans when it comes to Timis Corp Marampa and defaults on offtake agreements. The following link refers to court action by Gerald Metals. The interesting part is further down the article under the sub heading of Background. Maybe TS can eventually use his friendship with FT to get a small part of the reported $2 billion worth back to CFE and shareholders. Not holding my breath but miracles can happen.
