10.5 m capital raising

Why do they need more capital? I don't understand why they did this when they have so much in the bank. Was this to throw a few more shares the way of the cornerstone investors before the upcoming drug trial announcements? What was the point of it?

The only saving grace is it was only for about 5% of the shares and now MBP should have enough money for quite some time to come!!
