    Spec what else can they do buy small portions here and there to show they are increasing there holdings. They are locked in they can't Sell this stage Well some big bucks are going to be lost here if the Offtakes dont evenuate. Bet you some palms are sweating. I'm sitting back watching feel good ahhhhhh. Patience
