We crossed there and credit your posting of the legal clauses that you were using.
In short there seems to be at least two possibilities.
The 2011 Model JOA that Homeales is using and the 2002 AIPN model JOA that you were using.
Either way seems that there is still some doubt on this issue.
And for those that are so sure that they are right!
