    "I prefer looking fwd to dividends - am I being toooo ambitious? "

    At the Foundation Day Ian Levy opened his speech by saying "My guess is you would all like to know whether this company will be paying a dividend. The answer is definitely a Yes"

    He gave no time frame, but in previous Boardroom Radio talks he has suggested 2008.
